indifferently what parameters could have been just to create ports

Hello,

By default any vps - that isnt secured - will have its ports open.

All VPS's will give you root access and thus you can can host shoutcast on them with infinite amount of ports.

It just depends on the hardware if it can support etc. aswell as the bandwidth.
