    well, the name domain is the same but i think the ip change betwen aquickhost and metionite, not? so i will must verify again?

    Hello,

    I tried several methods, as well as live migrate and a manual backup. All fail from aquickhost's side.

    Live migrate failed. Manual backup failed as there is some issues with their ftp now.

    I managed to make backups of the sql - since its on phpmyadmin.

    We are hoping that he can ask for a full backup and then we can do it - unless they fix their ftp, I can do it manually.

    vps9Ryan, the ftp from aquickhost is working fine, i just enter there and is ok, please can you try again?
