I am getting DMCA notice for my site.

I am getting DMCA notice frequently for my site. My site and server is hosted on godaddy.

I want to just ignore these DMCA but can't do that. Some one tell me that if your move your server to Russia then there is no need to worry about DMCA

I want to know. Is that right and if this is right then any one give me the full process how to move my site to a new host and my server database too.

Like most onshore hosts, GoDaddy will probably shut you down quickly if you get DMCA after DMCA. I would find a new host as soon as possible.

LOL never host warez sites with services like godaddy, are you crazy?!
There servers are in the US and there very strict about copyright.
Find a host thats in Netherlands,Russia,India, or a Asian country.

India has strict laws against piracy don't host in India, your website will be taken down quickly.
