[Buyers only] Need a VPS with fast upload speeds to major file hosting sites ..
I have tried a few VPS services advertised here ranging from $25 ~ $50, and the upload speeds for all of them are quite low, considering the connection is 1 Gbps (burstable) ... For example, I'm getting around maybe 4-5 MB/sec upload speed on a lot of file hosting sites ..
Can other buyers here at KWWHunction recommend me some good VPS service which has at least 15 MB/sec on at least 3-4 file hosting sites ... ?
Other requirements are as follows:
Should have at least 150 GB HDD Space
At least 1 GB Dedicated RAM
Preferably US based (as I think a lot of file servers are US based)
Should have a money back guarantee of some kind ..
Should be at max $60/month
I only want buyers to comment here ...
If you're a seller, please post actual upload speed here (preferably upload screenshots) to fileserve, filesonic, etc .. (NOT cachefly or any similar site), otherwise I will consider your post as SPAM ..
Sorry about this, but a lot of seller claim to have good services but actually don't .. at least this is what I've found out ..ahmadka Reviewed by ahmadka on . dont expect more than 4-10mb/s for 30$ ...if you consistently want 15mb/s + consider buying a vps/semi dedi for around 60-75 dollars
i suggest boxslots,managedhybrid,evoboxes

@rahult ... dude you should learn to listen to the other guy before accusing him of something .. I've seen other posts of yours where you openly assume things and announce your verdict before hearing the other guy out .. Firstly, I had said that this is a buyers ONLY discussion .. Sellers are ONLY allowed to talk here IF they post upload speed proves, which you have not, and so irrespective of your explanation on cachefly results, your post is considered as SPAM by me, as its just crapping this thread .. So please, if you have any further queries, contact me via PM and don't reply here as I want only buyers to give me their feedback here ... Please respect this point ..
Regarding my answer to your queries, I've put it here outside this thread: http://pastebin.com/0fE76CxX ... I would really appreciate it if you do not reply to it here and instead PM if needed ...
@ Buyers ..
More recommendations needed guys, I don't mind spending upto $65/month ...
Can you give me approximate upload speeds which you may be getting ?

You are looking for something impossible.
Do you know the reason cachefly gives more speeds? It is because they always have a server near to YOUR server location. It is next to impossible to find 3-4 hosts having servers near to your server location. And you would consider it as SPAM if someone tells you the truth behind it?
You will never get what you are looking for since what you are looking for is not normal. Even if you buy dedicated servers you won't get that. Also remember file hosts have limits much below 15 MB/s.

We send out emails from no-reply addresses without reverseDNS setup. So in many cases they get marked as SPAM. What does that has to do with this thread? Emails sent from mail servers without reverseDNS get marked as SPAM often.
I am not speaking anything off-topic. I am just trying to help you.
If you want the maximum speeds, you should choose either of the following for the US (trust me it's true):
1. Softlayer Washington (or 100tb) reseller
2. Singlehop Chicago
^^ They both have excellent peering and would give you the maximum transfer speeds for a single upload/download to servers in the USA.
Don't post in this thread. You are selling hosting nah? And ahmadka would get angry and consider your post as SPAM because you are a seller!!

@rahult ... When I said SPAM, I didn't necessarily mean *SPAM*, like the kind gmail filters for you .. I know in that sense your post is technically NOT *SPAM*, but your post is completely off-topic ! You are discussing something which is defeating the purpose of this thread .. The purpose of the thread was to get suggestions from other buyers like me who can recommend their VPS provide, and in *this* sense I meant your post as SPAM, as its not serving the purpose of this thread .. I thought you would understand this ..
