Kloxo Help Required

Dear All, I have a vps with the Kloxo panel which I find to be quite good. However, I do have a problem in setting up the email side to it. It won't work with Thunderbird or Outlook, I keep getting either the 500 or 553 error message. Also in webmail, when I am in Roundcube, the default sent email address does not appear at the top, where it should do, and when I try to logout, I get a message saying that this cannot be done. All the other setups in Kloxo I have managed to do. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it. I could also pay a small fee for their trouble through Paypal?

Any support with Kloxo, and is it easy to transfer files I have uploaded, about 300mb server to server? thanks again. Andy. I noticed that your first vps plan only give 2gb transfer!
