Searching for DDL Sites with API for Uploader

Hi,

I search for sites with open registration and uploader api. For Example video2k.tv where you can provide a txt with a format like:

S;tt0123456;DE;NULL;http://videobb.com/video/123123;http://megavideo.com/?v=123123;http://www.putlocker.com/file/ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQ;1;2

and their system does the Rest (Find Information, Cover and do the entry on Main)

I only found sites where you can provide Links to Board Postings.. Thats crappy cause I dont want to Register to Boards just to Submit my links on those Sites.
