Cheap offshore hosting for warez

Some of you might have seen my other thread that I made yesterday..
Where I asked for free offshore hosting.

Some people came with a solution, but I've decided to buy hosting myself.

What I am planning to do:
- Opening a brand new warez forum for warez linking. (I will not be hosting warez files on the server)
- I will also be using a nulled vBulletin forum(or suite).
- I also want to link to porn in my warez forum like adult movies. (only 18+ content)

What I want:
- I want offshore webhosting, were I can do all listed above,
- I don't want DMCA trouble
- I want to be able to pay with PayPal

My budget is not that much, on tuesday I will get paid by FileSonic on my PayPal account, but it will be only $15.00

What do I want to do with $15.00?
Well, It would be great if I could have some months of webhosting.. (I could use my free cz.cc domain).
Or a few months webhosting + official domain name.

My advice would be to buy a proper domain and couple of months hosting. Nobody will take your site seriously with a free domain

VPS is more expensive, maybe more secure? I don't realy know
Yeah, I know that my budget is low..

But it would be nice if I could buy a domain and a few months of webhosting..

check byteps.com its good hosting no DMCA trouble you can use PayPal its also cheap , you can open any site (adult,warez linking) and if you contact admins you can chouse direct admin or cpanel

Why don't you buy some 2$ hosting for te beggining and buy 2-3 months and you will have money for buying domain. Because if this is the start of your forum you will only need 1GB space (this is much but smallest plan that you will find) also you will need 20-25 GB bandwidth (i think this is enough for beggining)

So, I've got a nice offer from someone and I might try that..

Now, for registering a domain I thought about namecheap.com
Do I fill in my real adress and such or a fake one? Won't they suspend my domain if I have a fake adress and name and ... ?

Also, do I pay with my real paypal account? or my creditcard? or ... ?
