Searching Wordpress Random Post With Thumbnail

hello,
I'm tired of searching a working plugin for my wordpress blog which will show random post or related posts with thumbnail but i cant find one which works on my blog.
I have tried linkwithin, Random Post thumbnail and some others which requires to add custom field for thumbnail image...

But i'm searching for one that auto get the post picture ad give the random post below each single post, any help
