Best upload location for WU, FS, FSON?

i am looking for VPS that will upload fast to WU, FS, and FSON.

NL, DE, or US? seems that US has bad upload speed for WU...

vps host recommendation also?

US gives great speeds (10MBps+)to FS and FSc, but less than 1MBps to Wupload

can anyone mention speeds from other locations?

WU servers are located in Netherlands

FSC has US and NL servers

FS, has US servers, but you'll get good speed eventhough you are uploading from NL

Yes i use netherland leech this days and newrapidleech.com is best if you choose there netherland package i am not advertising it its my experience i share here i am getting good speed for fso its almost 29mbps max
