I know the guy that sells such a shell account at $ 10. So I think that somewhere you can easily find a cheap VPS. These VPSs is supposedly from Russia

want to bet on the shell account with NX client.
You can also give links to offers vps with a link 100 mb / s, as long as 2gb/si more cheaply.

also the website you brought from you might want to read there tos as sometimes it will tell you if they limit the network speed if used to much
