Cheap linux RDP vps?

Hello, I need a cheap Linux VPS on which is uBuntu or Debian installed and which supports RDP.

It has to have 1.5 GHZ or more and 2GB Ram. Space: not more than 30gb is required.

Price: not more than 10-15$. And I can only pay via Alertpay!

I want torrent from private trackers (eg.; IpTorrents etc.), encode my movies and leech from File hosts and upload files to file hosts via Ftp (like Filesonic etc.)
