uploading and risk
Hi,
Is it likely to get sued about one porn sharing website where
all file are being distribued through filesonic or Wupload.
I mean, this will cost them a lot of money just for one individual.
and the website is JUST sharing porn, no application, moviez, etc

Unless your website is huge (and I'm talking about really big website) and if you're ripping those companies daily then Yes, they just might sue you. Not like they are going to go and sue everyone for uploading.
Like algon said there is always risk, but nothing is 100% guaranteed in life.Have fitness or bodybuilding question? Ask Smith!

you created new id just to ask this ?
anyway its no big problem
just make sure that your site does not have any content in the restricted category like under 18's
yes ,but only to some extend
paypal have strict policy against warez ,dont think that they wont ever disclose your transaction history.
what about no donation page ? Filehost itself would give enough $ for porn, right?

well in fact I discovered the world of uploading 1 week ago, I never though that people were making money with it, just that they were sharing because they were kind
about paypal,
even if they disclose my transaction history my offshore bank won't disclose any info (I hope).
I found an other solution :
Bitcoins, I can create a paypal account linked to absolutly nothing, I will only buy bitcoin with it and with those bitcoins I will buy pre-paid credit card.
sounds good right

The best solution is give up this idea. This is dirty business.
If you have better choice to make money, go to that choice. If you don't have one, Welcome aboard.

Its not illegal to share amateur clips, unless they are made by a porn company and you dont have the copyright
