mybb forum performace is slow

hello

i just recently merged my vbulleting with mybb forum due to server isssue but in mybb i m facing the same issue... my forum address is www.awaisdik2003.com and its hosted on VPS with 512 mb ram and server loak spkies to over 15 and stat for forum is

Our members have made a total of 292,784 posts in 279,557 threads.
We currently have 202,511 members registered.
The most users online at one time was 100 on Today at 07:40 AM

database size is over 1gb and operting system is cent OS with Built in kloxo Cpanel... if more information required i can provide u.. pls help me on this...

you have a lot of members but based on your "Most users online" it seems you dont get that much activity.

Have you installed any mods for mybb which might cause the server to overload?
or
It can also be that someone is attacking (DDOS) your site.
or
Try to optimize your SQL.

no plugins are installed bro... the built in mybb i have used for optimizing database tables but no use.. i need some thing more...
