How to escape from files getting delete by DMCA

What i experienced is, it depends on Studios and sites.

Some sites are very strict. I post one site videos, and they get deleted within hours (including imgvenue thumbnails). Other lasts forever. You rename it or recode, u cant avoid as long as others can see it.

I have one suggestion - posting links in folder will keep the links alive for long time. As you can see from my blogs.

You can Protect the Links via Decrypter like

Use only Click & Load and the Files will never Go offline

Simple answer: Not possible.

You're dealing with copyrighted/illegal stuff, you don't have the right to share them. Can you deny that?
