Hello Sonic,

It seems we have provided you with the necessary information to be able to wire withdrawal the funds from your AlertPay account to your bank account.

Alternatively you may refer to our authorized exchangers page. Please note that only approved exchangers are allowed to operate through our network. To view a list of the exchangers our members can use through our system please do the following: 1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
3) Click on the word "exchanger"
Please note that transactions with unauthorized exchangers are a direct violation of our User Agreement and may result in account suspension.

I have already opened a support ticket but was unable to get a satisfactory response as they said that they had issue with bank funds transferring feature They are working on the issue
