Uhh are check withdrawls not free anymore? On the side it says $4 fee. Which is stupid and way too expensive.

I have a AlertPay account and now when I try to login to my account it tells me
"The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again."

When I click on forgot password, I get this :
"The email that you have provided does not exist or is not a primary email. Please try again with an AlertPay registered email address."

Where has my account gone ? I have also PM'd you with the ticket number which I opened on your site.
