It's normal that the transaction is in process given that both banking partners have to be involved in the process in order for it to be completed.

Hi Atlaschild,
In your case, you would use the "Send Money" feature available when you log into your AlertPay account. You'll need your friend's email address to create the transaction.

Anyone got his bank wire (withdrawal) delayed? This is the first time it's taking more than 3-4 days, it's stuck at pending since the 2nd of April, guessing it's because of the easter holiday?
