Our American members are able to withdraw to their bank accounts. Where did you hear otherwise?

As well, an email was sent out informing our American members of the complementary cheque withdrawal option.

Okay , everyone knows about the CC and the cheque withdraw that aren't working . after that their credit card isn't working too , you have no choice to withdraw your funds but bank wire but i just found out itsn't working too . i withdrawed some amount of money from a month (31days) till now it haven't came to my account i emailed alertpay they sent me the document that proves Rating: 5

@Alertpay Team when somebody ask for reverse/dispute, when he/she might get the refund. If the seller dont have enough money, alertpay dont give refund. My question : Is their any process to get 50% now , if the seller have that amount and the rest after selller have money at his account ? got my point ?

Im talking about big transaction..where related to someone's business.

As per our User Agreement, we cannot guarantee that the buyer/seller will complete the transaction since we are not agents in the transaction. We facilitate transactions between others rather than initiate them. Of their own accord, every member agrees to provide their product/service according to our User Agreement and the contracts they have with other members. Therefore, we are not liable for a member?s failure to complete a transaction.


By reading and accepting our User Agreement, you acknowledge that AlertPay is not liable for any lost profits, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to the site, our service or the agreement.


Partial refunds are generally only issued on faulty sellers who are no longer supported by AlertPay (suspended )

When credit card "integration" is expected to be working again ? Do you know of any other such service with such a long problem?
P.S. Not everyone can carry American Express card just for Alertpay.

You can check our transaction fees on our site, https://www.alertpay.com/en/fees.aspx


As well, you can see the fee for the transaction within your AlertPay account when you conduct the transaction.


Any fee beyond the $15 USD is levied by your bank.
