I need to know if check withdrawals will be available again to all members or only for USA members?

i dont know what is the problem with cheque withdrawals.

google pay with cheque (worldwide)
adbrite pay with cheque (worldwide)
All USA, Canadians companies pay with cheque.

I cant wait more, I'll go to Canada to get my money. So please let me know how I can do
