What is the difference between USD and CAD card? Also, how name on the card will effect the card? Is there any usage restriction for CAD card or it can be used anywhere like USD?

The only difference between the two cards is the currency in which they are issued in. Check out the cards specifications page.

The provided documents must absolutely be in the name that reflects the AlertPay account.

The names must match one hundred percent. The proof of address must reflect the name on the account. There is no way around this unfortunately.
