You have to make a new database, upload DLE to your server and start the install.
What exaclly do you need? give me more details.

If you cannot even follow simple readme.txt tutorial on how to install DLE do not even bother starting website.

DLE Installation is most simple process there is, how do you plan manually adding modules and hacks tomorrow where most of the time you have to modify them yourself in order to work/fit on your website? .... That's what I thought, don't bother.
