The correct way to install rapidleech?

Hello,
I have installed rapidleech from this url:
http://rapidleech.googlecode.com/fil...lugMod_v41.zip
few days ago.

But i can't download anything.
There is an error message when i try to leech any file from any file host.
so i have removed it.

But now I really need it to download few files to the server.
so is there any correct way to install it? any requirements?

Iam using Dedicated server.
any help is appreciated.

thats a plugin error. It means that your plugin is out of date
