Looks like Cheap VPS. But u allow warez linking sites? and Cpanel Included?

No cpanel included, you could do warez if you like mind you the server is in the US be we ignore dmca's so you can host if you you like and like we said no cpanel, $10 as we do need to buy a license and thats per month, most do 15$ we do $10
