A web designer can do that easily, but there should be a easy tutorial for it. Looks like normal php, or html to me.

We use the wordpress platform to develop this site, and we utilize clickbank as the merchant provider.

LOL... Its just a bog standard sales copy... As said above just copy the source and reword it to your own needs.

It is anything but standard it is my story and I do not recommend using other people's sales letter as swipe copy just fair warning.
