i have 2 encoders and more than 7 supporter and poster same as encoders..

I dont think theres any need of website if you are releasing on top websites (But having one would always be a + point)

You need to have members who can encode movies

You would probably be needing a RDP for faster encodingz

you must need a high end server/RDP for encoding......

if you have high budget to invest in creating new automatic encoding application means pay and create(i don't know just asking) then one click encoding

Time.....You need to spend more time, so don't commit for any other projects...
