The promised refund was 100% that means 30$.

I have waited for 15 days but he didnt gave me refund so I have opened a thread here & dispute in paypal. Do you call it PANIC brother ?

As soon as heat came he started giving refunds but since dispute he asked me to closed it first in order to get refund. I didnt and lost it, then realized that I shouldn't have flamed much about that. Said sorry & got 20$ instead of 30$ just because his partners were not agree to give refund & he processed it considering me his friend.
