arjaylieann23 - the 3 shows you downloaded are not very popular and no one wants them, which is why you're not getting anyone seeding from you. SCC is very difficult to seed with, and I only get the most popular shows, like True Blood from there. For the less popular shows, I use other torrent sites that aren't as strict.

Some torrents can be downloaded and wont count against your ratio...but when other people upload them from you, you will get credit for seeding.
