Hi Marshall,

Our support team is located in house - we don't outsource it (they are right down the hall from me).

We offer support in several languages, but our Indian users have great English, so we haven't felt the need to bring in a special user.

As you probably know, the Indian government no longer allows Indian citizens to be issued MasterCards or Visas from outside of the country, so we no longer offer MasterCards to our Indian users, BUT we do have direct bank transfers for our Indian customers, so you can definitely receive your payments through us.

Well, Indian users can't get MasterCards or Visas from any company that issues them outside of India. The moment this happened, though, we enabled direct bank transfers (not wire transfers) so our Indian users could continue to receive payments through us.

AA.. Is 2CO support Payoneer Bank transfer? Means can I upload my money into my Payoneer account from 2CO?

Hey Nissim,

I've been waiting for the card for over a month now, it was estimated to arrive on 2nd of July, but we're way past that now. Any ideas? can you confirm that the card has been indeed shipped? if so, I'll give my post office a visit and see whats up.

I can confirm that the card was indeed issued and shipped out. It's possible that it is delayed in your local postal system; if you do not receive it within the next few days please PM me.

AA.. Is 2CO support Payoneer Bank transfer? Means can I upload my money into my Payoneer account from 2CO?

2CO currently only support the Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard card as a payment option (they do not currently support our LBT service)

Does that mean Payoneer card or any Visa/master Card which are issued in any other country won't work in India ATM machine ?

Uneducated dirty Govt just want to keep track of all money flow in(to get big taxes from person )..This seems such a drawback to India.No wonders, why dollars/Gas rate are rising up in India..
