FileSonic and Wupload, files deleted, no dmca?

I had a bunch of files deleted from both filesonic and wupload. Not all of my files, not even all of the files from the same artist. I upload Manga. I would suspect that if a file is removed, they will tell you on the dmca link that they have in myfiles, but I see nothing, was there a problem people know about or does this happen regularly, (files deleted with no dmca or anything).

Wupload deletes files after 30 days.
Filesonic deletes files after 30days and then 48 hours after last download.

Does that mean after 30 days ..if file are not downloaded again in 48 hrs after last download.. gets deleted ? @ Filesonic...did I get it right ?

Yes True. Filesonic is Out Of Space so It is deleting Files even after 15 Days of Uploading. Yes, No DMCA. They Just delete Uploaders Files to Manage There Space for Next Uploads.
