Dear Sir or Madam:

We represent SkillSoft Limited, SkillSoft Ireland Limited, and their subsidiaries (�SkillSoft�). SkillSoft is a leading provider of e-learning and performance support training and education solutions for global enterprises, government, education and small to medium-sized businesses. SkillSoft is the owner of the marks SKILLSOFT, NETG and SKILLPORT, (collectively �the Marks�) among others, and owns various federal and international registrations for those Marks. SkillSoft has developed valuable good will in the Marks, and has used and continues to use the Marks extensively in commerce.

It has come to SkillSoft�s attention that your website, www.warezrelease.net (�Warezrelease�) is using the SKILLSOFT mark on its website without permission of SkillSoft. This use in connection with the products and services on your web site is likely to cause confusion or mistake about the origin, source, affiliation, connection, association, sponsorship, or approval of the goods and services designated by that mark with those provided by SkillSoft under its Marks, in violation of various federal, state and international laws covering, among other things, trademark infringement and unfair competition.

Moreover, it appears that Warezrelease has violated SkillSoft�s copyrights in one or more of its works (collectively the �Works�). Specifically, Warezrelease appears to be directly or indirectly offering the unauthorized download of electronic copies of many of SkillSoft�s works, a clear violation of applicable copyright laws, including, but not limited to the United States Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. � 501, et seq.). Below please find a list cataloging the instances of trademark and/or copyright infringement, along with the corresponding URLs where the infringement occurs.

We hope that you appreciate the seriousness of this matter and will take immediate steps to remedy this situation. In that regard, SkillSoft expects that you will:

(1) immediately remove and permanently delete/destroy all copies of the Works and Marks from all servers, computers, storage devices, and media, whether electronic or otherwise, and otherwise destroy all other copies of and links to the same in whatever form;

(2) provide us with the names, addresses, and other contact information of the sources from whom you obtained and/or are otherwise associated with the posting of the Works,

(3) to the extent that the Works are posted by the same source and that source is a repeat copyright infringer, provide us confirmation that the source�s account with your platform has been terminated, as required by The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. 512(i)(1)(a);

(4) obtain back all copies of the Works and Marks and/or secure permanent removal and destruction of the same as specified in (1) above from all third parties to whom the Works and Marks have been disseminated;

(5) refrain from this and any other infringement and/or unfair competition in the future by preventing any files with the Mark �SkillSoft� or confusingly similar terms like �Skill Soft� in the title from being uploaded onto your platform.

SkillSoft expects Warezrelease to provide written certification of its compliance with these requirements within 14 days of the date of this letter. Please note that to the extent you are engaging in the same or similar activities as to any other SkillSoft works and/or marks, beyond those identified in the attached list, this letter applies to the same, as do the requirements of this paragraph.

Of course, if Warezrelease has an explanation as to why it believes it or its users are authorized to use the Marks and Works, please provide me with that explanation by August 25, 2011. Otherwise, please confirm by that date that all uses of SkillSoft marks and works, including, but not limited to, the identified Marks and the Works, have been discontinued, and that you will not engage in any such conduct in the future.

We have a good faith belief that use of the aforementioned materials is not authorized by the trademark and copyright owner, its agents, or the law. The information in this letter is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of SkillSoft (the owner of the exclusive rights being infringed) in sending this letter. This letter does not purport to be a complete statement of the law or facts, and is sent without prejudice to SkillSoft�s legal and equitable rights, claims and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.

they just playing serious so you get scared
but if they send this to your hosting they will get angry in no time so play smart and take down what they want
