Honestly i found your comment a little offensive as i personally have purchase
a vBulletin license for a site i will be working on and i also have a Xenforo
license and a IPB license reason i buy these license is to protect my site
from getting taken offline as even if you are on a offshore host and you
get a DMCA request to remove the script you have to, then what?

You are such a retard. Tons of people buy the Vbulletin license because they want to start up a legit site.

Anyway, the cheapest solution is indeed around 20$. I take it you're not lookign to start up something serious so yeah the options given in here would be good enough for you but if you want to start up something really serious you'll have to spend 200-300$.

Namecheap.com for .info

.com domain from internetbs whit a decent host will cost you around 14$ first time setup.

info domain at namecheap youll get it for 9$ whit a decent host


for the forum script.

vbulletin is the best/cheapest option and it costs 100$

if you want free forum try phpbb or mybb
