Internetbs.net for .com .net or .org

Namecheap.com for .info

.com domain from internetbs whit a decent host will cost you around 14$ first time setup.

a vBulletin license for a site i will be working on and i also have a Xenforo
license and a IPB license reason i buy these license is to protect my site
from getting taken offline as even if you are on a offshore host and you

I don't suggest VPS cause for fresh webmaster, it will be little difficult to maintain forum in VPS.

use a free Forum script i.e PHPbb, coz you get tons of templates(both free and premium)

Domain: Get a .com - I will suggest go with Namecheap - $10/year [MAXIMUM]

Script: You can go with MyBB or phpBB, or any other script, but there is no point if you dont spend some cash on making it look good, my advice would be, get a Wordpress blog if you want to start off with. Its easy to handle and there will be no chance of spamming if you close the registration, and even then only YOU will get good hits. Start off with those free skins, if you search properly, you may even get premium ones for free. [Can count a rough $20 here, depends on which path you go for]


Host: There are hundreds of new hosts opening up every day, even here in KWWH. If you check the hosting section, you will see what I mean. Go for some one who is really a company, not some nerd sitting in front of the screen calling themselves a "company". I'll suggest go with knownsrv, as Krun!x is this guy, who'll take care of his customers individually, I have not been around him much, but I never saw anything wrong with his service for the last one and a half years I've been around

Or else, you can go with Motionite, as Ive seen they give good service too. As a person working in a data centre I can assure you, any one can give you any price for any hardware. Configs of today used to be far cheaper a year or two back. So do your home work on this the most. Take a day off, go through Google and tear it down, and make an Excel file with every detail. Coz you will be paying money for it, no one's gonna gift you a good service. Go through the threads here on KWWH and read the comments.

Anyway, the cheapest solution is indeed around 20$. I take it you're not lookign to start up something serious so yeah the options given in here would be good enough for you but if you want to start up something really serious you'll have to spend 200-300$.
