Download the following two packages from EPEL repo.

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu...5.el5.i386.rpm
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu...5.el5.i386.rpm

Then install them-

Code:

rpm -ivh libmcrypt-2.5.7-5.el5.i386.rpm rpm -ivh php-mcrypt-5.1.6-5.el5.i386.rpm

biplab Reviewed by biplab on 14th Aug 2011. Trying to install mcrypt extension I'm trying to install mcrypt extension so i typed: yum install php-mcrypt but it says No package php-mcrypt available. How can I fix this? I am using centos 5.6 Rating: 5
