There is a a DLE post submitter, something like "Post Submitter" or "Article Submitter". But if you get ThemaPoster it has DLE submission feature, but not free

Dcrew forum poster is free........

so try that, it's working very well for phpbb, but i ot tried for DLE......possibly work...check and reply

If you want to get a multiposter for DLE sites, you should go and buy post news lite but it's not free... you have to pay 20WMZ via webmoney in order to purchase it... The info regarding the software will be found on their website. The site is a non-english site so you have to use google translator in order to view the site in english...
