MechoDDL - Ignoring me or everyone

Hi i want to ask if anybody known is MechoDDL dead. Because i send them mail before 2 weeks (maybe more) and i still don't have an answer.

I click for rerate in webmaster area on 07 March but still i'm not rerated.

any info from you guys

They have close to no traffic at the moment anyway, Google has penalized them heavily.
