2gbit vpn please help me test my upload speed

Guyz would anybody please help me test my speed of my vps server its on a 2gb port but from wget and other speed test its not even close to 100mbit and i need this vps in order to host some shoutcast servers so i want to have an average speed to calculate the max listeners..

the test file is :

31.31.37.12/1000.bin

please post your results if you have some spare time it'll be realy helpfull for me..
thanks in advance...

if you need help with the command in ssh terminal type :

wget -O /dev/null 31.31.37.12/1000.bin

and post your results afterward.
