Google indexing my pages randomly ?

Hey guys, my site Froomple.com is up and improving day by day !
Yes, nowadays i get 2K UV/Day and PR is now 1. I was simply googling for a stuff, then thought of my site and searched for it and was surprised to get my site indexed as most of the popular sites are indexed !!




I also heard somewhere that i can be able to change the links coming up in those sub menus.. ..

Could you pls help me out on how do i do it ?

this is now the default format of google it doesnt happen to popular sites only

those arent site links...if you get sitelinks,it`ll appear in webmaster tools

Not every site is displayed like that. Some sites still get the old layout.

They do seem to be changing the way links are showing up in results.. Mine are not like yours but check the second link it has more lnks under it in small text:
