1. remove meta section
2. remove filesonic affil banner...first add useful content before placing links to affiliate stuff(i didnt say it,big G said it)!
3. you`ll face duplicate content issue..so you have to use read more tag http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgmXYZOBVJM
4. i`m sorry to say,but its horrible domain name...nobody searches for release+dl -->dl!=download in search engine..Release has no meaning to people not familiar with scene
5. i can go on about how crap the seo IS, no categories,bad permalinks ,meaningless title,no meta information

just an advice from experience : it took me about a month to PLAN on what to do for my site.it looks like you installed wordpress.slapped a theme,started posting...and PLACED A BANNER?

Completely agree with you, i know him personally.., he is noob at these
