Good news. But there are still issues with paypal

- CC shoping should not be mandatory
- Paying to other indians
- Dollar value when buying and withdrawing
- etc

Thats trivial.. The day PayPal allows us to buy goods again using the funds in their Account without the need of a CC will make me happy.. Can only hope for it.

I would have loved to see them have Rs. 46 withdraw rate instead of 43-44 like they use 46 as rate when we shop using them

Or if they allow us again to use PP funds

I don't care about the Rs. 50 withdrawal fee. Hell, they could even make it Rs. 100 for all I care. What I really miss is the ability to use my PayPal balance directly and to send payments to Indian accounts. If only they could bring it back... :/
