Windows VPS or RDP

I'm currently looking for an Windows VPS or RPD to leech some files and upload them to several FTP Servers.
Requirements :
Ram : 1 GB minimum
CPU : 1 GHz minimum
Bandwith : unlimited
Port Speed : 100 Mbit minimum
HDD : 50 GB minimum
Location : Europe
OS : Windows Server 2003 minimum
Budget : 20 dollar (Can be expanded up to 28 Dollar)

You should provide me a demo account so I can test the speed and performance of the server. I also should install my own software.

If you want to install your own software, an RDP is out of the question (unless you get admin rights which is not usual).

And 100 mbit is likely very slow ... you'll need at least 1Gbit to work comfortably from your home connection. And a VPS for 28 dollar would be very difficult to acquire.

Open a ticket to install software would be ok.
100 Mbit is enough to leech and upload stuff.
I had a VPS with 256 MB Ram und ~700 MHz with a 200 Mbit port for 5 dollar so please dont tell me shit that a VPS for 28 Dollar is hard to find.

Please point me out a Windows VPS for 28 dollar. I've used many Windows VPS and RDPs but 100Mbit was just too slow (not talking about download/upload but on screen refresh). and I am on a 16Mbit Internet Connection at home.

if you want to install your own software then get a windows vps. in rdp you cant install software. although you can request for the software you want to install. but all depends on what kind of software and what software.
