What addons do I need for my site?!

I was going to create a site using hostbeyond as recommended but am a bit confused.

Recap on my last post is I wanted a forum with warez sections and an adult section. So with that in mind (I dont know if it matters) what if any of the options below will I need to purchase as well?

and I want to verify that "Standard Hosting" is all I need.

If your site will be brand new, don't worry about any of those extras yet. You don't need them. Standard hosting is fine.

You'll know when you need a special IP just for you (or a verified ssl certificate)

If you're just starting a forum all you need will be offshore hosting (if using nulled forum system).

As for the addons at first I'd say you don't need any really as no addon is needed to run a warez forum they just can make it easier and can be nice features. So if I was you I'd find a good reputable hosting company on here and just start clean and then as it progresses you can add more things to it.
