FS was best in 2010 coz it has pr0moted a bit in December,
if i remember in Dec 2010, they pr0moted as 10%,50% and 100% extra payment for christmas season and later started cheating.. i have 300GB of data in it and i saw $7 few weeks back, when i loged in yesterday guess what i have $0 lol

Could be set as a cron job to update the stats every x period of minutes/hours. Or they are just not counting your downloads due to countries/how many files the user has downloaded as a free user, or 'we stealing >: ('
