Hi folks,

I run a small and dedicated forum on a VPS but I'm having troubles with my host.

This is what is wrong:
1. The host hasn't replied any support-request since June 4th.
2. On the same date the FTP-access started to behave strange. It was not possible to access the FTP without making a SFTP-connection to the server which also allowed me to access the root of the whole machine to make any panic that I wanted to (but of course I didn't).
3. On the same date (June 4th) the cPanel stopped working: "This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)".
4. The root of the VPS which I should have access to through cPanel, of course also doesn't work.

I have sent maybe about ten mails to the host since then but never got any reply.

Any suggestions?

I'm on a managed VPS with unlimited bandwidth and 50GB of space, paying $40 monthly but I'm not getting what I'm paying for. My site works but nothing else.
