Wordpress - Wp-Admin Not Loading!

hello,
well since today my wp-admin for my wordpress blog has stopped working. When every i try to load the page for admin dashboard i got a blank white page loaded!
Can anybody help me please?

Error 404 - Not Found

Enter through ftp or file-manager.is file still there?Did you install any plugin before it stopped working?

no plugins istalled,
I only deleted some old theme -yesterday via the dashboard and also deleted the timthumb.php located in my theme folder, now adding the timthumb.php again

unfortunately nothing happens

should i try with a fresh downloaded wordpress setup or with one of my backup
