Ah finally its worked again
What i did is:

1. I downloaded a new wordpress install
2. deleted my old wp-admin and wp-include folders
3. then i uploaded the new wp-admin and include from the fresh wordpress folder
4. re-uploaded all files found in /root except for wp-config
