How can you compare Google or any other search engine with a site that intentionally crawls for copyrighted MP3 files? Seriously...

LOL. Reminds me how almost every DDL site used to put this as a disclaimer, "This is a search engine just like Google". As if it will make BREIN and others come and kiss the owner.

On topic, no. It won't be legal. Just think it this way. Even the songs that you listen on Radio are legally bought by that particular channel along with the rights of airing them, and they only play them for us to listen, they don't distribute the data(files) for free. So how can we distribute something for free which we can't even air/stream without appropriate rights? So the answer will be No.
