How can I become an active webmaster?
Active WebMasters are webmasters who during last 30 days uploaded no less than 10 files, and every of these 10 files had no less than 10 unique downloads.


here if we upload 30 files do we have to get 10 unique downloads in all those 30 files or any of the 10 files to stay as active
