i smoke around 10per day but have stopped a few times all i did was stop buying them but if you do my method then stay the hell away from stress lol

I have 30 year i smoke with my young age 16 year after launch i smoke 3 paket by day for 14 year and i stop in january. For stop i go 3 week in mountain for the 3 week i close computer + phone i dont view my wife my baby in 3 week.
