Every way is good if you have enough strength for that
Easiest way if you dont have strength is to exchange cig to something else gum, candy, fruits, food. Add sport to your routine that gonna keep you out.
The thing is that normally people cant quit smoking if they liked that..
Its a habit that doesn't leave you for longBut it is important to resist every time...
Most effective way to quit smoking is those granny magics...
I don't believe in that but f**king hell it really works.
I know some girl which has strong face disease as many operations she had it didnt helped for her...
From those nerves she smoked up to 4 packs daily.....
Well can you imagine no boys, no fun, all the time at home...
Then her sister found some granny which gave her to smoke her school homework book with some grass in it... Believe it or not she doesnt smokes 4 years already.... And last time I seen her (year ago) she still cant understand how it worked....

This, plus a perfect and memorable moment.
Me? I'm a non-smoker since 24 February 2008... and still fighting the smoking temptation
