For 20 years I was a hard-core smoker. Was smoking between 30-40 cigarettes a day, strong ones.
3 days ago, I got my e-cigarette, and decided to quit smoking gradually.

In last 2 days, I smoked 3 cigarettes only,which is minimum 57 cigs less than regular , using only e-cig, strong will, lots of fluid.
And I don't even need real cigarette for 1st morning coffee.
I am dropping even e-cig. I just take 1-2 puffs, occasionally, because of habit, to have smoke around my head.
First positive symptoms are, I feel my lounges getting more oxygen.
